Hey there, I’m Minh.

Over the past 10+ years I've worked as a UX designer, a CX designer, a product designer and a few other job titles.

Most recently, I've been at Canva as a Group Product Design Lead, heading up Revenue Platform design, leading the team of designers responsible for enabling monetization and revenue growth across Canva’s 42 billion dollar business. It’s a player coach role where I’ve been able to balance growing people with hands-on design work, typically owning streams with strategic, cross company impact and executive sponsorship.  
My background  comes from complex, enterprise level businesses in tech, financial services and government, having held senior design positions at top tier companies including the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Atlassian, and CSIRO's Data61 - Australia's national science agency and its specialist data sciences arm. 
My favourite work has always involved collaborating deeply, iteratively co-designing products and experiences with cross-functional PM and Eng partners. That’s also the kind of team and designers I foster and mentor, with particular experience and strengths creating strong Design, Product & Eng triads capable of moving fast while tying decisions back to high-impact outcomes.
